- compatible with VSKYLABS version 4.0 exterior changes to AIRCRAFTTXT textures

- revised internal documentation for changes made by VSKYLABS version 4.0 (SimSmith's _read_me_too.txt obsoleted)
- deleted rudder and elevator trim tab outlines from color & normal textures
- activated new color zone for trim tab edge faces

- formerly separate mid-deck bulkhead variations merged with former aft-only bulkhead, supporting all prior color variations
- revised uncovered bulkheads details suggestive of indentations so that they fit the display variations of each bulkhead
- old escape hatch zone partially retasked as zone for cockpit aisle step and parts of flanking bulkhead, with color variations to match both
- new zone defined for cockpit hydraulics pillar/panel, with color variations to match other interior frame objects
- four new zones for the six placards now visible upon the hydraulics pillar/panel
- new zone for cabin window fascia object (may be activated in future livery offerings)
- relocated SimSmith logo visible in new cabin window fascia object to neutral location
- updated "the list of operators.txt" and "the list of serial numbers.txt" with latest SimSmith offerings
- updated "the notes.txt" and other text files to reflect recent changes
