SVMT José Tadeo Monagas International Airport, Venezuela

José Tadeo Monagas International Airport (IATA code: MUN, ICAO code: SVMT) is a Venezuelan airport located in Maturín, Monagas state. 

It serves domestic destinations such as Caracas, Porlamar, Puerto Ordaz and Maracaibo and international flights to Port of Spain, Madrid and Medellín.

There is a terminal for domestic flights and others for international flights. Customs has its own 5074 m² building. 

The airport has air navigation aids (VOR, DME), control tower, meteorological service and fuel service JET-AI and AV-GAS 100/130. 

On March 14, 2014 the airport was returned to the category of international terminal, which it had lost several years ago.
